Below are some of the questions we get frequently asked but if you have more questions, we can definitely provide answers!

1. How can we pay?

You can pay by either credit card, online banking, or cash. Online banking and cash payments are only available if you book using the contact us function.

2. Do you require a deposit?

Yes, a deposit is required before your booking is secure. This deposit is refundable if your trip does not go ahead due to acts of God such as earthquakes and pandemics.

3. Can we drink on board?

Drinking on board is only available by special request on certain vehicles that are used for our wine tour trips and not school trips, etc. If you wish to drink onboard you will need to let us know at least 25 days in advance to apply for the appropriate license. There is a fee of $150 for this license.

4. Can we have multiple pick-up locations?

Yes, multiple pick-up locations are no problem at all. Just use the contact us function to book.​

5. Do we have to Return on the same day?

No, your trip can be as long as you would like. There will be additional costs for multiday trips so use the contact us button to discuss.

6. Can you provide an itinerary?

Yes, our background is in providing South Island tours. Our awesome team can custom build an itinerary just for you.

7. What about our gear, bikes, surfboards, etc.?

No worries! We have trailers available to carry whatever it is you might need to bring along with you. Just use the contact us button to discuss.
